No additional personal data is collected beyond what is necessary for safety monitoring.

- Article 6(1)(f) — processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in managing lone-worker safety and meeting organisational health & safety obligations

- Monitor your safety during lone fieldwork
- Initiate the agreed escalation procedure if you do not check in
- Contact your nominated emergency contact if required

Routine lone-working records are typically retained for 12–24 months, unless an incident requires
